Welcoming farmers and artisans for the summer, the Assembly Park MKT showcases a curated mix of vendors offering full season opportunities, as well as monthly or single day options to delight guests with consistency and new discoveries every Saturday.
Steps from the TTC subway and Viva Rapid Transit, the Assembly Park MKT is easily accessible. Throughout the summer the property will also host special events including the Vaughn Ribfest, The Creative Mind Art Exhibition and the EYR Epilepsy York Region Car Show.

Pop-up Vendor Requirements:
- Individual set-up, noting: there is to be nothing hanging from the table top, no extra tables, no pop-up banners and no signage larger than a simple table top sign.
- Vendors are responsible for providing exhibitors' insurance upon approval
- Food Vendors are responsible for complying with all Public Health requirements

- Event operates rain or shine. *Some weeks there may be the option to move indoors in the event of inclement weather. If available and if you elect to move indoors, only a single table will be provided to set-up.

We welcome vendor application in the following categories:
- Farmers
- Local farms bringing their produce to market
- Artisanal Food and Handmade Products
- Local vendors selling handmade goods and products, including both food and product businesses
- Food products must be pre-packaged prior to arrival on site, with no preparation or cooking required on site. Examples - baked goods, condiments and hot sauce.

Vendor Fees:
- Artisanal Food and Handmade Products: $100 + HST per day
- Monthly Vendors (if joining for every Saturday in a single month)- 10% discount
- Summer Season (all 18 Saturdays) - 20% discount
- Farmers - 50% discount, on all above options
Fees Include:
- 10 x 10 Assembly Park Branded tent + weights
- Table
- Space for clothing racks, if needed
- Single tent wall on request
- Access to indoor washrooms, potable water, charging points for phones and POS systems
- Complimentary parking in designated area.
