Food Safety:

Shelf Life: Our molasses gingerbread house cookies and royal icing have a shelf life of 4-6 weeks. We recommend products be sold within 2 weeks of receipt and communicated to customers as best within 3 weeks (when sealed). Once unsealed, we advise consumption within a week due to stailing, though it can remain for decorative purposes for several months.

Storage: For optimal quality, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Especially once completed.
